For the last 15 years we have been known as a business to business telemarketing company. Indeed, if you Google "Telemarketing Kent" you will find us in the top three on the first page of the results.
However we got to thinking a lot more about what we do. And whilst the telephone is a very important weapon in our armoury, its use on its own is sometimes not helpful.
For example, with some projects we have found that a more rounded approach to promotion would produce a better result. So when some clients constrain us just to telemarketing we are not as effective as we could be.
So what is it we provide for our clients? Well, after some brainstorming and with some input of our associates (in particular Bob Gorton of Hard Hat Business), we have come up with the tag line – The Customer Capture Experts.
And indeed this is what we do. We capture customers for you!
